Hello cadets! :]

I'm here t tell you guys tht you've performed very well yesterday. The sec1s did well for their henta yesterday despite only learning it for approximately 15minutes. Their banging and 90 degress angle of banging has also improved tremendously. Good job done! Keep it up yeah. Hopefully you guys will be able to improve better and keep this up for the rest of the journey in your Npcc life. STEADY ANOT! :D Remember what you guys have to answer me if i asked this okay! :]

As for the sec2s, you guys has also did well. It has been a long day for you guys yesterday, we were marching like some poks at the parade square for a long period of time in the parade square and I'm glad that everyone is still surviving and all remained strong. I like this type of spirits you guys have shown, keep it up! But do understand that the NCOs are doing this is not to tire you guys out, it is to train you guys for your GOH and as well as for your NPAP which is coming in another 2 weeks time. That means we're only left with about another 2 parades or so only. That isnt a long parade as well. Maybe only about 2 hours or even lesser for each parade to train whatever you have to know for a very big event that only happens once in a year. Npcc is chosen to be the GOH this year so we should take this chance to prove to the rest of the uniform groups what Npcc is made of. So i hope everyone of you in the squad will come for parade more often and not come up with excuses like, 'I've got flu', 'House no paper to write letter', 'Hand pain, there pain' yep. Do endure for just another few parades then we can relax a little already. You people are going to be the upmost senior in the unit. Act like one! We're going to pass out soon so give us your best corporation and behaviour yeah. Jiayou! Once again, good job done yesterday!:D Give yourself 100 rounds of clap. :]

For the sec3s, i cant comment on you guys because I dont know what you all were doing yesterday. But one thing I'm sure of, is that your commitment for Npcc is always there throughout your journey in Npcc. You all are soon becoming NCOs so please do your best and pass down your knowledge to the sec1s and sec2s whatever the CIs or NCOs taught you. I believe you all make potential NCOs. Good luck! :]
