As you all know, POP is just over and the sec3 are now your NCOs. I just hope that all of you will stay committed to NPCC, and those who're always skipping parades, try to get them back. I wish y'all all the best in your life in NPCC, as well as your studies. Work hard, play hard! :) Sec1s & 2s, don't bully your sirs and ma'ams just because they've just taken over. I really hope that y'all will do your best and cooperate with them.
