Very significant pls read!!!

First and foremost, I would like all cadets and sec 1 and 2 to give feedbacks about this week training, and hope that all of you enjoy... Please give your truthful and honest feedbacks so we can make future parades a better one too...(esp. the birthday celebration and what you would like to include in it. & how would y......ou want it to improve or even whether you want more such events in the future as we NCOs are planning a lot of activities ahead.

Secondly: for attendance, pls make sure you come down for all future training, activities and courses. Only the most 3 parents letter per semester will be entertained. Those who did not attend any training, activities or course, pls fill in the form and also cite with parental letters or medical certificate. Please also make sure your other squadmates is present for most trainings.

Thirdly: As for the attire, we will expect tip top condition from all of us and we will tolerate no excuses for the attire not being in the expected criteria.. Follow the uniform etiquette list that I had pass all of you one month ago... Thus, no excuse for not knowing anything or your attire not in tip top condition. ...In future, we will also not accept that because the day before have training, and we wore the full uniform so we unable to wear it as it is not washed or not prepared.. You had to wear it and prepare by the next day training. If you are unable to wear it or any enquiries (like badge spoilt) please inform your mentor immediately, and yet still bring your full uniform to show us!!!

Next: I would advice all of you to buck up on your drills and other skills that you had learn including camcraft or even songs... Campcraft test for sec one will be coming up soon and also the total defence bronze.. As for BOTH the sec 2 and 1, your promotion test will be up next, and it will mean your shoulders will h...eavier and will be more colourful, and your expectation will also be higher too..
Lastly: As for the expectation we had for all of you will be: follow the ' NO ABCDE' closely and the 'PI-CARD'. We will not tolerate any nonsense or anything including adjustment or talking in squad without permission.. This will be applicable for the sec 1 as it has been more than half a year you are in npcc, and you will be senior too...

Thats all!!! Always respect your NCOs regards of who he or she is, greet them regardless where they are and when you see them... Mutual respect among your squad and even your senior or junior. ALL FOR ONE, ONE FOR ALL!!!
