 Sec 1 PT kit

Sec 2: PT kit ( PE top)

Sec 3: PT kit ( Unit tee)

Fall in at Red Patch [ISH]
1)Please bring your water bottles(fully filled)

2) make sure that you're properly groomed(Nails short, no ankle socks etc.)
