Attire: PT-Kit and bring along a dark coloured t-shirt and PE pants
Venue: Red Patch [ISH]
Time: 1400-1830

FYI (Sec1s): PT-Kit is PE-Shirt and Track pants (black or dark blue) No ANKLE SOCKS are allowed.
