Diet Diet Diet Alert!!

Below are the details for the planned diet we are gonna have this upcoming week!

Unlimited/Uncontrolled Food:
-Plain Water! At least 2litre/8 normal cups per day (You are required to drink 500ml/(or 2 normal cups) of it every morning you wake up!)
- Have at least 1 serving of fruit per day! (1x apple/orange/pear/banana/sliced papaya recommended!)
- Try to consume as many (green) vegetables if you can! Loads and loads of it!

Very Limited/Controlled Food:
- Max. 3 Meals of Fastfood meals! (Try to have lesser than 3! Better still none of them! and if u really must eat, try not to upsize! :) )
- Max. 1 bar of chocolates (Note that no sweets or potatoe chips or ice cream is allowed!)
- Max. 1 Supper out of 5 days (Try to have none!)
- Max. 2 cans of 330ml/ 1 bottle of 500ml soft drinks

SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS:
- If at any point of time you are not feeling well, IGNORE the diet immediately!
(Seek me for any advice if necessary! Your life is more important!)
- Try to record the details as precised and accurate as possible! (Integrity is an important virtue!)
- The diet will take effect on 5/12/11 and ends on 9/12/11
- Note that no carbohydrates should be strictly taken after 2100hrs !!
- Do this log in a form of table (on a piece of fullscap paper) and hand it to me on 12/12/11 (Mon). A sample is shown below for your reference. (Follow the format)














Let's work together for the trainings to take effective! To motivate you all, I'll take on the diet as well! :)
